im curious about jet skiing?

ok i was wondering if you need insurance to ride a STANDUP jet ski in washington state, but people are telling me both sides so idk?. i need someone to set me strait…. im going to ride on Lake Sammamish, and Lake Washington. Also im kinda new to water sports such as these so if your a expert stand up jetski’er then can you tell me how to clean a used jet ski. idk how the previous owner handled but as far as im aware of its been sitting on a trailer for awhile. thanks

I’m no expert on jet-skis, even though we used to have one, but I don’t think you have to. It might be a good idea, though, incase something goes wrong, breaks, or gets damaged.
