surf anonymous programs?

does anyone know any sites that has a program for surfing anonymously. i had 1 from http://www.sa6ry.com and i need one similar to that. to make your IP hidden for when you log into poker programs(sites), or sites you are banned from etc. the one from sa6ry.com i purchased back in may, and had nothing but problems with them. i had to uninstall it over 30-35 times on both computers and reinstall and reregister it using my email address. well i guess after a certain amount of times reregistering, you can’t do it anymore. i have emailed them a number of times in the past few months that i’ve had this program, and they never respond, to me, or to anyone

Sounds like they aren’t a professional one besides having lots of problem on the program and didn’t respond to their user. This sounds like kind of phishing website or may have spyware. I didn’t heard of any safe program that can let us hide our ID so far.
